There comes a time in life when you must acknowledge social media, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn are all here to stay. Yes, the social network platforms may change. Facebook will eventually become the Myspace of yesterday. However, one thing is certain, social media, mobile phones, iPad evolution and technology in general is not going away.
I didn’t realize when I started this series that I would end up writing the book I always wanted to write with this title. I do think this will end up being a never ending blog series. My only fear is that I may not remember how to count as I high as I may need to in Roman numerals. Oh my, what would my elementary school teacher think?

In this post (Part III) I am going to cover (okay, rant) about why you must do more than realize it’s about the people. We are going to discuss why you must get in the head of the people. You must understand them!
So you hear the stories of the broke realtors. I have heard many state they can’t sell or rent the homes. I know the economy stinks, there is a surplus of foreclosures. However, there are still some people buying and renting homes, townhomes, apartments, condos and office space.
